Service request forms (Request a Call Back, Contact, and the forms on our service pages) collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your preferred method of contact, and any message you write.

Employment application form (Hiring page) collects your name, home address, phone number, email address, previous cleaning experience, driver's license information, and your availability.

We do not run advertising trackers on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and provide a cleaning estimate
• To schedule and perform cleaning services
• To contact you about an existing or upcoming appointment
• To review and respond to employment applications

We do not use your information for automated marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this website and our business work:

• Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email inbox
• Microsoft 365 — hosts our business email
• Vercel — hosts this website
• Housecall Pro — handles online booking, if you choose to use it. Information you enter there is governed by their own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google may record your IP address as part of that request. If you follow a link to Facebook, Instagram, or Housecall Pro, those companies apply their own tracking policies once you leave our site.

How long we keep it

Service inquiries are kept in our email records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep an accurate business history. Employment applications are kept while the position is open and for a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
