Post-Construction Cleaning
Refresh your home after construction or renovation with detailed cleaning from Swenson’s Cleaning Service.
What’s Included
We focus on removing settled construction dust and cleaning accessible surfaces throughout the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, doors, trim, ceiling fans, light fixtures, interior window glass, and window sills. Interior appliance and cabinet cleaning can be included in your agreed cleaning plan.
Pricing & Estimated Cleaning Time
Our rate is $75 per cleaner, per hour. We typically work with a three-person team, at a combined rate of $225 per hour. The final cost is based on the actual time worked.
Your estimate depends on the property’s square footage, condition, amount of dust and residue, and cleaning tasks requested.
Before We Arrive
Construction work must be completed, and construction trash, large debris, materials, and equipment must be removed before our team arrives. Exterior window cleaning is not included.
Cleaning Supplies
We provide cleaning products and equipment. Please provide paper towels and trash bags.
Submitting this request does not confirm a cleaning appointment. We’ll contact you to discuss your project, prepare your estimate, and arrange scheduling.
